Promoting Employment and Quality of Life for the Visually Impaired

The Company organized a “Health Massage by Visually Impaired Therapists” activity for employees, aimed at promoting employee health and well-being and reducing office syndrome. At the same time, the activity supported income generation and employment opportunities for visually impaired persons, a vulnerable group in society. This initiative reflects the linkage between occupational health and safety (OH&S) and social inclusion, as the Company believes that fostering a healthy working environment while supporting employment for vulnerable groups contributes to building an equitable and inclusive society.
